Where Complexity Meets Clarity
Basadur's approach to innovation is nothing short of revolutionary, translating the elusive concept of innovation into tangible skills. They masterfully break down complexity into simple, actionable steps, guided by their innovation formula. Our task was to mirror this exceptional clarity in the instructional design of the eLearning modules.
SOLUTION
We worked closely with subject matter experts from Basadur to meticulously design storyboards that capture the key learning outcomes of each lesson.
Our use of graphics, video, narration and animation were used strategically to focus the learner’s attention on important learning concepts. Each screen is designed with custom artwork that is specific to the script and the content being presented. This achieves better clarity, understanding and retention of learning concepts.
